Interesting to read history written in 1900

This is a grade school text book. It is neat to see what was emphasized over 100 years ago. The notes to teachers, such as suggesting a Civil War veteran speak to the class, are pretty cool, too.

Good quick review but ends before WW2. Also, the suggested classroom questions take up about 20% of the book.
